Right-hander Bryan Evans starts for the Suns, who had not announced a starter as of Friday night. Evans (2-3, 4.50 ERA) is making just his third start since June 1. His last decision was a win July 11 against Mobile in which he threw five shutout innings.
Evans gave up two unearned runs in two relief innings against Montgomery on June 16. In four starts last year vs. the Biscuits, he was 2-0 with an 0.93 ERA.
