Mike Prochaska has thrown three complete games in his career after Friday's six-hit shutout of the Mobile BayBears. It was his first complete-game win.
Prochaska was a professional rookie Aug. 23, 2002, when he threw a six-inning complete game for Hudson Valley against Oneonta. He allowed five hits and two runs (one earned), walked one and struck out eight.
Prochaska was with the first-year Biscuits on June 6, 2004, when he twirled an eight-inning CG to lose to Greenville. His totals included eight hits, two runs, one walk and two strikeouts.
"It's nice to finally win one," Prochaska cracked. "I was due."
