Thursday's Rays roundup

Bulls 6, Norfolk 2
Evan Frey
singled twice, walked, stole and scored. Brandon Guyer singled twice, stole twice and scored. J.D. Martin gave up one run in 6 1/3 innings. The Bulls drew a record crowd of 11,754.

Stone Crabs 6, Palm Beach 3
Jake Hager
doubled, walked, RBI'd and scored twice. Andrew Bellatti threw three shutout innings and gave up one hit.

Dayton 6, Hot Rods 5
Patrick Leonard
doubled, had two RBIs and scored. Joey Rickard walked twice and scored twice. Dylan Floro threw six shutout innings on seven hits.

Renegades 9, Staten Island 1
Jonathan Quinonez
doubled, singled twice, RBI'd and scored. Darryl George singled twice, had two RBIs and scored. Aaron Griffin threw five shutout innings on two hits. Justin Choate gave up one run on three runs in four innings.

P-Rays at Burlington
Rained out.

GCL Rays 4, Twins 3
Riley Unroe
and Alexander Simon each singled, walked and scored. Simon stole a base. Unroe was caught thieving. Mario Fernandez's five innings included one earned run on five hits.
