Indiana prep catcher is Tampa Bay's choice

The Rays went to the high school ranks for their second first-round pick, taking catcher Justin O'Conner of Cowan High in Muncie, Ind., with the 31st overall pick. O'Conner has signed with the University of Arkansas.
