Two Biscuits landed on the Southern League's end-of-season All-Star team: outfielder Kevin Kiermaier and left-handed pitcher Enny Romero.
Kiermaier, promoted to Triple-A Durham a month ago, still ranks second in the Southern League with a .307 average. He also had a .370 on-base percentage and scored 65 times in 97 games.
Romero, who makes his Triple-A debut Monday, was 11-7 with a 2.76 ERA. He's tied for the Southern League lead in wins, is fifth in ERA and is first among qualifying pitchers with a .215 average against.
The Tennessee Smokies led the league with five players picked. Mobile and Birmingham also had two.
