Curt Casali doubled twice, walked twice and scored three times to lead the Biscuits in a 7-2 win over the Birmingham Barons on Thursday.
Cameron Seitzer hit his ninth home run, a two-run blast in the ninth inning. Seitzer also singled and walked twice. The Biscuits amassed 13 hits and, after totaling 15 Tuesday, had their most in consecutive games since early June.
Michael Colla (6-2) threw five shutout innings, giving up five hits with a walk.
Barons starter Scott Snodgress, who is tied for the Southern League lead in wins, gave up five runs on seven hits in four-plus innings. He is 0-4 in six August starts.
