The Tampa Bay Rays have announced that newly signed outfielder Delmon Young, who starred for the Biscuits in 2005, has signed and that he'll report to Montgomery today.
Young signed a minor league contract with the Rays, so the Biscuits will have to make a roster move before activating Young.
