Right-hander Jeremy Hall has moved up to Triple-A Durham and will start the second game of a doubleheader Thursday at Louisville. The Bulls' game today at Louisville was rained out, forcing a Thursday twinbill. Hall is 1-2 with a 5.40 ERA in 15 innings this year for the Biscuits.
He's taking the spot in Durham's rotation that previously belonged to Dirk Hayhurst, who went 4 2/3 innings in his last start and went on the disabled list.
