Left-handed pitcher Chad Thall has joined the Biscuits from the independent York Revolution to take promoted pitcher Jeremy Hall's roster spot.
Thall was with the Baltimore Orioles last year and spent the last three seasons with the Double-A Bowie BaySox. He was 2-1 with a 3.79 ERA last year for Bowie and had signed with the Revolution for this season.
