James McOwen had three RBIs, including a go-ahead, two-run home run in the fourth inning, to lead the Jackson Generals in a 6-4 win over the Biscuits on Monday.
Carlos Triunfel and Jake Shaffer each homered in the fifth inning for the Generals. McOwen added an RBI double in the eighth.
In his season debut, John Matulia had three RBIs for Montgomery. He led off the third inning with a home run to center field and hit a two-run double in the seventh. Stephen Vogt singled in John Shelby in the eighth.
Kenn Kasparek worked seven innings for Jackson, allowing three runs on five hits. Through six innings, the Biscuits had three hitters reach base against Kasparek.
