Lobstein set for 2011 debut

Left-hander Kyle Lobstein is scheduled to make his season debut tonight for the Charlotte Stone Crabs. Though he's a starter, Lobstein will come in after rehabbing Rays reliever J.P. Howell makes a one-inning appearance. Lobstein was on the disabled list coming out of spring training with a little elbow tenderness.
