Justin Ruggiano's two-run single capped a four-run 11th. He was 4-for-6. Chris Carter homered and Desmond Jennings drew a bases-loaded walk in the inning. Alex Torres threw six shutout innings. Jake McGee, the third of six relievers, blew a save.
Stone Crabs 6, Bradenton 4
Merrill Kelly worked seven innings, allowing an unearned run on four hits and two walks. Tyler Bortnick had two runs, two RBIs and a steal.
Great Lakes 3, Hot Rods 2
Robby Price had two of Bowling Green's six hits and an RBI. Braulio Lara allowed two hits and walked three in 5 2/3 innings. Only one of his three runs was earned. He picked off two runners.
