Stunner? Biscuits don't repeat league honor

Montgomery, after scoring all of four runs and losing all five games it played over the last week, didn't have a player among today's honorees for the Southern League's weekly awards.

Chattanooga third baseman Josh Bell, who scored four runs himself, and Jacksonville closer Matt Peterson, who saved four wins, were the winners. Bell was 12-of-21 with 10 RBIs, while Peterson threw four no-hit innings.

Last week, Biscuits outfielder Desmond Jennings won the hitting award.
