Eric Campbell hit a three-run home run in the first inning to spark the Carolina Mudcats to a 6-5 win over the Biscuits on Monday. John Shelby and Hak-Ju Lee homered for Montgomery.
Lee's homer, his first in Double-A, came with two outs in the ninth inning and made it 6-4. Shawn O'Malley tripled and scored on an error to pull the Biscuits within one.
