The Rays went to the deadline before agreeing to terms with their top two picks in the June draft.
Prep pitcher Taylor Guerrieri, the 24th overall pick, and LSU outfielder Mikie Mahtook, the 31st, signed just before Monday's midnight Eastern deadline.
So did two supplemental first-round picks (prep third baseman Tyler Goedell and Vanderbilt pitcher Grayson Garvin), which means the Rays reached terms with their top 14 picks. They signed 20 of their first 21 picks and 41 of their total 60. For the best draft board, click here.
