There were 18 Biscuits crowded around the clubhouse television to witness Enny Romero's appearance in the Futures Game. (More were in the trainer's room.)
Romero gave up a two-out single to Chattanooga's Joc Pederson and an RBI double to Jacksonville's Christian Yelich, which gave the U.S. team a 1-0 lead over the World. Yelich doubled to the center-field wall.
Pederson hit two singles off Romero in Montgomery's 4-3 victory at Chattanooga on June 26. Romero gave up an unearned run over six innings to win that day. Yelich hasn't faced Romero this season.
