The latest Bulls-to-Rays promotion -- at least at the moment -- hasn't affected the Biscuits.
Relief pitcher Josh Lueke has been promoted to the Rays, who are designating reliever Kyle Farnsworth for assignment.
However, Durham didn't immediately fill Lueke's roster spot. So, for now, the Biscuits are unaffected.
The Rays have 10 days to run Farnsworth through waivers -- or trade him or release him. If he clears waivers, he could accept a minor league assignment, but that's unlikely for a 37-year-old 14-year major-leaguer.
