Smokies, Suns have SL's weekly winners

Tennessee's Eric Jokisch was no surprise as the Southern League's pitcher of the week.

Jokisch threw a no-hitter Tuesday at Jacksonville with four walks and eight strikeouts. He's 9-10 with a 3.57 ERA this season.

Jacksonville outfielder Daniel Pertusati was the hitter of the week. He was 9-for-24 with six RBIs and six runs scored for the week. This year, Pertusati is hitting .217 with 36 RBIs in 80 games.

Jokisch is just the second winner from the Smokies this year. The Suns have had five.
