Tuesday's Rays roundup

Bulls 18, Charlotte 3
Matt Moore
threw five shutout innings with three hits allowed, one walk and nine strikeouts. Stephen Vogt hit three doubles, scored thrice and had two RBIs. Nevin Ashley and Dan Johnson each had four RBIs. Russ Canzler had four hits, three RBIs and three runs scored. Matt Carson's debut featured two hits, two walks and two runs. It was also Durham's 6,000th all-time win.

Hot Rods 3, Fort Wayne 0
Jason McEachern
threw six innings, allowing four hits with a walk and three strikeouts. Chris Rearick's perfect ninth gave him 16 saves and a 1.60 ERA. Julio Cedeno homered. Derek Dietrich was 3-for-4.

Renegades 7, Batavia 3
Craige Lyerly
had three singles, a walk, a steal, an RBI, and a run scored. Kyle Holloway hit a two-run double, walked and scored. Lenny Linsky tossed three shutout innings and allowed one hit, but faced the minimum.

GCL Twins 4, Rays 3
Jonathan Quinonez
hit a two-run triple in a three-run first inning. Ariel Soriano singled, walked, scored and RBI'd. Blake Snell threw three shutout innings.
