Russ Canzler singled home Tim Beckham with the go-ahead run in the eighth. Beckham had three hits, including a double, and scored twice. Dan Johnson singled twice and walked. Jay Buente tossed three innings of one-hit ball. Dane De La Rosa gave up a hit but faced the minimum over two innings.
Stone Crabs 8, Jupiter 3 (completion of July 7 suspended game)
Jake Jefferies tripled and scored in the fifth. Charlotte led 6-0 when play was suspended in the second inning in July.
Jupiter 4, Stone Crabs 3 (Game 2)
Ty Morrison had two hits and scored a run. Tyler Bortnick doubled, was plunked and scored. Adam Liberatore pitched two shutout innings.
Hot Rods 3, Great Lakes 2
Robi Estrada had two RBIs and Steve Tinoco hit three singles and scored. Chris Rearick threw a perfect ninth for his 19th save and has a 1.38 ERA.
Connecticut 5, Renegades 0
Jeff Malm doubled twice and singled. Matt Rice singled and was HBP'd. Leonardo Reginatto had the only other hit. Robert Dickmann threw two perfect innings.
Elizabethton 10, P-Rays 6
Taylor Motter walked twice and scored twice. Josh Sale hit a solo homer, singled, walked twice and had two RBIs. Cameron Seitzer had three hits and a walk.
