Biscuits reliever Joe Cruz left with an injury to his right arm in the seventh inning.
Cruz collapsed on the mound after delivering a pitch to Mobile's Evan Frey. He was doubled over in pain when Montgomery trainer Kris Russell reached the mound.
Cruz eventually became upright and was flexing his right hand. As he left the field, he used his left hand to hold his right arm in a sling-like position.
Cruz missed two months last year with a shoulder injury, but he was able to avoid surgery.
