Glaesmann jumps from Hot Rods to Stone Crabs

Bowling Green outfielder Todd Glaesmann, hitting .281 and leading the Hot Rods with 13 home runs and 53 RBIs, has been promoted to high-Class A Charlotte, the Bowling Green Daily News reports.

The Stone Crabs have a full 25-man roster, including pitcher Matt Nevarez, who was activated to fill the spot vacated by now-Biscuits reliever Chris Rearick.

The Biscuits, with Ryan Garko going on the DL today, have an open roster spot.
