Jake Thompson threw five innings and combined with three relievers on an eight-hitter in the Biscuits' 6-0 win over Mobile on Saturday.
Mike Sheridan scored twice, while Greg Sexton and Hak-Ju Lee each hit three singles for the Biscuits. Montgomery scored four runs in the first inning and two in the sixth.
Thompson (7-6) gave up seven hits and won for the seventh time in his last 10 starts.
