Chris Archer and four relievers combined on a four-hitter. Rich Thompson doubled, singled thrice, had two RBIs and scored. (The Bulls, after playing Friday night at Gwinnett, arrived in the wee hours to find that their hotel rooms were unavailable. They slept in the lobby for at least three hours until they were.)
Stone Crabs 13, Dunedin 6
Robby Price doubled, tripled, had four RBIs and scored twice. Todd Glaesmann tripled, singled, knocked in three runs and scored.
Hot Rods 4, West Michigan 2
Juniel Querecuto singled twice, walked, stole twice and scored. Alejandro Segovia doubled, singled and had two RBIs. Jeff Malm homered.
Renegades 5, Williamsport 3
Marty Gantt doubled, singled, walked twice, stole, RBI'd and scored. Jeff Ames, with five innings and three runs allowed, improved to 3-0 with a 2.13 ERA.
P-Rays 8, Bluefield 2
Willie Argo had three singles, an RBI and three runs scored. Ariel Soriano doubled, singled and knocked in two runs. Bruedlin Suero's third straight quality start measured six innings and two runs.
GCL Rays 10, Orioles 3
Ben Kline hit three singles with two steals, two errors, an RBI and two runs scored. Bralin Edwards scored three times. Jiminson Natera had two RBIs and scored twice.
