Mobile outfielder Dustin Martin and Huntsville right-hander Andy Moye were the Southern League's weekly award winners.
Martin was 7-for-15 with five RBIs and four runs scored for the week. He has a .326 average in 31 games for the BayBears. The 29-year-old, who is in his eighth professional season, doubled twice and had two RBIs vs. Montgomery in the opener of Saturday's doubleheader.
Moye took a no-hitter into the ninth inning Wednesday against the Chattanooga Lookouts. He left after giving up a one-out single. Moye, 25, is 4-9 with a 4.16 ERA this year, including eight shutout innings against the Biscuits on May 20.
Moye is the first player from the Stars to win a Southern League honor this year. With Martin, the BayBears have had a league-high seven weekly winners.
