Sunday's Rays roundup

Bulls 12, Buffalo 6
Tim Beckham
and Henry Wrigley eached reached thrice and had three RBIs. Jeff Salazar singled twice, walked, had an RBI and scored three times. Cole Figueroa had two RBIs and two runs scored.

Stone Crabs 8, Bradenton 0 (Game 1)
Enny Romero
went six innings and Jimmy Patterson finished the five-hitter. Romero walked four. Luke Bailey was 3-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored.

Bradenton 5, Stone Crabs 4 (Game 2)
Robby Price
doubled, singled, took a plunking and scored. Mikie Mahtook doubled, stole twice, had an RBI and scored.

Hot Rods 20, Dayton 10
Jeff Malm
and Alejandro Segovia each scored touchdowns. Really. Malm had five RBIs and two runs scored; Segovia four and three. Todd Glaesmann had four hits, a walk and four runs scored. He and Malm hit grand slams. Jake Floethe improved to 7-1. ... ... ... (Tempted to levy a missed extra point.)

Tommy Coyle
hit three singles. Brandon Henderson threw three no-hit innings. Matt Spann gave up one earned run -- and two unearned -- over six innings.

P-Rays 6, Elizabethton 4
Granden Goetzman
singled, doubled, stole, RBI'd and scored twice. Oscar Hernandez doubled twice, RBI'd, scored and passed a ball. (He's hitting .342.)
