Tarp monster stalks Smokies

The Tennessee Smokies' rainout Thursday could be the plot for a scary movie. It would definitely rank up there with the miniseries "10.5" and the movie "Disaster Zone: Volcano in New York." Any good (or not-so-good) script writers available?
