Enny Romero continued his recent surge, throwing five shutout innings in the Biscuits' 5-2 win over the Jacksonville Suns on Sunday.
Romero (6-2) gave up three hits with three walks and five strikeouts. In his last seven starts, Romero has an 0.86 ERA in 41 2/3 innings. He's given up 26 hits with 15 walks and 32 strikeouts.
Cameron Seitzer knocked in three runs and Kevin Kiermaier scored three times for the Biscuits.
