Charlotte pitcher Dylan Floro and Bowling Green catcher Luke Maile won Tampa Bay's organizational awards for July on Monday.
Floro, just promoted to the Stone Crabs, was 2-0 with an 0.55 ERA in five July starts with the Hot Rods. He has yet to debut at Charlotte but was 9-2 with a Midwest League-leading 1.81 ERA at Bowling Green.
Maile hit .383 with 14 RBIs in 18 July games. He had a .500 on-base percentage and slugged .617.
Entering Monday, Maile had a .287 average and 47 RBIs for the full season.
