The Bowling Green Hot Rods have nine players going to the Midwest League All-Star Game.
Catcher Luke Maile, infielder Leonardo Reginatto and outfielder Andrew Toles will start the June 18 game at Dayton.
Pitchers Jeff Ames, Dylan Floro, Reinaldo Lopez and top prospect Taylor Guerrieri will be on the East team's pitching staff. Infielders Tyler Goeddel and Tommy Coyle will be available off the bench.
Toles ranks sixth in the league with a .317 average and has a league-best 33 steals and nine triples. Coyle has walked 35 times and swiped 20 bases.
Floro (3-2, 2.30 ERA) and Ames (5-1, 2.75) are among the league leaders in ERA. Guerrieri is 3-2 with a 3.14 ERA, while Lopez is 2-3 with a 3.02. Reginatto has a .270 average, Maile a .259 and Goeddel a .220.
Goeddel is a two-time Midwest League All-Star. Guerrier, Coyle, Reginatto and Ames were New York-Penn League All-Stars last year.
